Why a sixth product.

Telvara Holdings Limited runs five other small B2B SaaS tools aimed at operators: LeadPilot, ProposalForge, HireScreen AI, ContractLens, and TeamBrain AI. Every one of them gets the same kind of support questions from the same kind of customer , a solo operator or a small team, trying to get one thing answered before they get back to running their business.

Every SMB we talk to has the same inbox problem in their own world: the bulk of incoming questions are a short list of repeats (where is my order, can I return this, do you ship here, is X in stock) and there is never enough human time to answer them quickly. Off-the-shelf support AI is either enterprise-priced or locked behind a subscription the operator does not need.

SupportPilots is the tool we wanted to hand them. kie.ai (Gemini 3 Flash, then Pro) with an Anthropic fallback, wrapped in a widget they can paste into their site in one sitting, seeded with the FAQ and policy text they already wrote for their own inbox. Sold the way we want to buy tools ourselves, as €5-to-€1,000 credit packs with no subscription required and a 14-day refund window on anything unused.
