1. Be helpful and honest
Represent your skills and your work accurately. Describe what you can actually do, show work you actually did, and set expectations you can actually meet. Do not make misleading claims about results, qualifications, or endorsements. Buyers make decisions based on what you tell them, so honesty is the baseline the whole marketplace runs on.
2. Respect customer data
Access customer data only with permission and only for the work you were hired to do. Keep it confidential, do not misuse it, and never export it in bulk or repurpose it for another customer or your own products. When an engagement ends, remove your access and delete what you were given. Treating customer data carefully is not optional; it is central to the trust that makes the marketplace work.
3. No spam or circumvention
Do not post spam or duplicate listings. Do not write, buy, or solicit fake reviews. Do not take a relationship that started on SupportPilots off-platform to avoid fees. These behaviours undermine buyers and the providers who play fair, and they are among the quickest ways to lose your place on the marketplace.
4. Quality over volume
Aim for good work, not just a high listing count. Define a clear scope, set realistic delivery times, and deliver work you can stand behind. A small number of well-delivered orders builds a stronger reputation than a flood of rushed ones. Quality is what earns repeat buyers and genuine reviews.
5. Respect people
Treat buyers, other providers, and SupportPilots staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive conduct have no place on the marketplace and are grounds for removal. Disagreements happen; handle them professionally and use the dispute process where needed.
6. Follow the rules
The Provider Agreement, the Prohibited Services Policy, and the Marketplace Terms all apply to your activity here, and these guidelines sit alongside them. Violations can lead to suspension or removal from the network, depending on severity. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, check those documents or ask us before you act.
7. Reporting
If you see something that breaks these guidelines or puts customers at risk, report it to security@supportpilots.com with the details. We review every report and act on the ones that show a genuine problem. Reports made in good faith never count against the person who makes them.
