Prohibited Services Policy.

This policy sets out what may not be offered or done on the SupportPilots marketplace, so the network stays safe and useful for customers and serious professionals alike.

1. Purpose

The SupportPilots marketplace connects business buyers with independent providers of AI support services and templates. This policy exists to keep that network safe and useful for customers and for the serious professionals who work on it. SupportPilots facilitates the connection; it is not the provider of the professional services. Everyone who lists, buys, or delivers work agrees to the rules below. Where a rule is broken, we act to protect the rest of the community.

2. Prohibited services

You may not offer anything illegal in the jurisdictions where you or the buyer operate. You may not offer services whose purpose is to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content. You may not present unsupported medical, legal, or financial advice as if it were authoritative or professionally certified. You may not offer SEO manipulation, spam generation, or schemes designed to game search or platform rankings. Fake or incentivised reviews, and account or engagement farming of any kind, are prohibited.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not misrepresent your skills, qualifications, or identity. You may not post spam or duplicate listings to flood the marketplace. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive behaviour toward customers, providers, or staff are not tolerated. You may not share malware, deliberately insecure code, or anything designed to compromise a buyer's systems. You may not probe SupportPilots platform security without our written authorisation.

4. Data misuse

Providers get access to customer data only to complete the work a buyer has ordered. You may not use customer data beyond the permission the buyer granted. You may not export it in bulk, retain it after an order is complete, or repurpose one customer's data for another customer or for your own products. When an engagement ends, delete the access and the data you were given. Misusing customer data is one of the fastest routes to permanent removal from the network.

5. Off-platform circumvention

The marketplace only works if the relationships it creates stay on it. You may not take a platform-originated relationship off-platform in order to avoid fees. You may not solicit off-platform payment during an active engagement. This protects buyers, who rely on the platform's dispute and review process, and it protects the providers who play fair. Circumvention is treated as a serious violation.

6. Intellectual property

You may only offer work you have the right to offer. You may not deliver plagiarised, pirated, or infringing material, and you may not resell someone else's work as your own. Templates and deliverables must be original or properly licensed for the buyer's use. If a rights holder notifies us of infringement, we will remove the listing and may suspend the provider.

7. Enforcement

Listings and providers are reviewed, both before going live and on an ongoing basis. Violations of this policy lead to listing removal, account suspension, withheld payouts, or permanent removal from the network, depending on severity. Serious cases, including illegal activity, are reported to the relevant authorities. We apply enforcement proportionately, but we prioritise the safety of customers and the integrity of the marketplace over any single listing.

8. Reporting

Anyone, whether a buyer, a provider, or a member of the public, can report a concern. Email security@supportpilots.com with the listing or order details and what you saw. We review every report and act on the ones that show a genuine violation. Reports made in good faith never count against the person making them.
