How long are credits valid?
Every credit pack is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. If you have unused credits approaching that window, we send you a dashboard notification and an email reminder so nothing catches you off guard. Top up with a fresh pack at any time to keep answering.
What happens if I run out mid-day?
The widget politely says it's out of credits and drops into email-handoff mode. You get an email, top up at your own pace, and the widget wakes up the moment your balance is positive.
Why is the €35 pack marked popular?
It's the inflection point: 4,400 queries at €0.0080 each is enough for a small Shopify store to cover a full quarter, and it's the cheapest pack where most customers see a genuine per-query saving over the entry tier.
Can I stack a promo code on a volume discount?
Yes. Every promo is applied on top of the per-query rate you already qualify for. A €100 pack with LAUNCH15 is still 14,000 queries, you just pay €85 for it.
What currency am I actually charged in?
Whichever you pick at checkout. We settle in EUR internally but present the final amount in your chosen currency using that day's European Central Bank reference rate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every verified account gets 25 free queries on signup. No card required. Once those run out, you can buy a pack or walk away without owing us anything.
