What if I lose my connection before the answer arrives?
If your connection drops, use Retry answer to recover the same request for up to 24 hours after completion, without another AI call or credit charge. A new question is a new request.
Is there a daily AI request limit?
1,000 AI requests per business per day, shared across every widget and the dashboard. The allowance resets at midnight UTC. Requests admitted to AI count even if they fail or only give contact guidance. Saved-contact replies without AI do not count. At the limit, automated answers pause and visitors receive your saved contact details, or guidance to contact your business through its website. Credit expiry dates stay the same.
How many free questions do I get?
Every verified account gets twenty-five trial questions. No card required. Once those run out, you can buy a pack or walk away without owing us anything.
How long are my free questions valid?
The twenty-five trial questions last 60 days from email verification.
How long are paid credits valid?
Paid credits last 60 days from the date of purchase. If unused credits are approaching expiry, we send a dashboard notification and an email reminder. Top up with a fresh pack at any time to keep answering.
How long are promotional credits valid?
Promo bonus credits last 60 days from grant.
Do my credits renew automatically?
No. Packs are paid once. Nothing auto-renews and no card is left on file. There is no automatic recharge.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The widget shows your saved contact details without calling AI. If no contact details are saved, it directs visitors to contact your business through its website. Buy another pack when you need more answers. Unused expired credits are not restored.

It sits in the middle of the catalogue: 2,300 queries at €0.0870 / £0.0870 / US$0.0870 / A$0.1391 / ¥15.65 / AED 0.3478 each, cheaper per query than the starter packs, before the €1,000 / £1,000 / US$1,000 / A$1,600 / ¥180,000 / AED 4,000 pack hits the best published rate. We keep the Recommended label until purchase data shows which pack buyers actually choose first.
Which currency do I pay in?
Your region's currency: pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, euros in the European Economic Area, Australian dollars in Australia, yen in Japan, dirhams in the United Arab Emirates, and US dollars everywhere else. Pounds, euros and dollars share the same numbers (the 50 pack is £50, €50 or $50); Australia, Japan and the UAE have local prices of similar value (A$80, ¥9,000 or AED 200). The page picks the currency from where you are browsing; at checkout, your billing country decides.
Can I use a promo code?
Promo codes cannot be used with online payment yet. Top-ups are paid at the published rate.
Can I buy more than the standard packs?
Yes. Review any amount from the regional minimum in the top-up preview below. The amount before discount selects the published pack rate. Fractional credits are retained. Online payment currently accepts euros and US dollars.
What counts as a customer question?
A useful generated answer costs one credit, including when it also gives contact guidance. A failed response or contact guidance without a generated answer does not consume a credit. A new request that generates another useful answer uses another credit.
